Walk to the Salt Lake Temple
For the early saints of the Church, it was approximately 2, 100 miles to Utah. To help motivate us to exercise regularly and to get more physically fit, here is the "Walk to the Salt Lake Temple" program.
For every 30 minutes of formal exercise (walking, jogging, gym, exercise tape, etc.) you can mark off a 10 mile segment of your trip. Before long, you'll be well on your way to walking the the Salt Lake Temple!
Bachelor's Degree = 700 "miles" or 35 hours of exercise.
Master's Degree = 1400 "miles" or 70 hours of exercise.
Ph.D. = 2100 "miles" or 95 hours of exercise.

"The world has enough women who are tough; we need women who are tender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who are kind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who are refined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women of faith. We have enough greed; we need more goodness. We have enough vanity; we need more virtue. We have enough popularity; we need more purity." — Margaret Nadauld (“The Joy of Womanhood,” Ensign, Nov. 2000, 15)

Family Relations
"We should be more diligent and concerned at home.
May every spouse, every child, and every parent be blessed to communicate and receive love, to bear and be edified by strong testimony, and to become more consistent in the seemingly small things that matter so much.
In these important pursuits we will never be left alone. Our Heavenly Father and His Beloved Son live. They love us and know our circumstances, and They will help us to become more diligent and concerned at home. Of these truths I testify in the sacred name of the Lord Jesus Christ, amen." Elder David A. Bednar ("More Diligent and Concerned at Home", October General Conference, 2009.)
